Keep ingredients ready, fry the onion to dark brown, fry the potatoes,cut coriander

Blend together the tomatoes and yogurt.
Take a sufuria, put some oil in it, put the blended tomatoes and yogurt and mix. Add in the tomatoes paste. Let it cook - 3
Cook the rice and drain excess water when cooked. Add in a good pinch of orange food color, 2 tbsp of hot oil and cover. Keep on low heat for 5 mins. Switch off

Now add the mutton curry, eggs, potatoes and mix. After 2 mins, add in the fried onion and coriander. Add spices. Mix. Leave it to cook for 6 minutes on medium heat

When the oil floats up, it is cooked.

Arrange the rice in a bowl in layers with the curry. Biryani is ready.
