3 cupswater (about 710 ml)
1 piecefresh ginger
2whole cloves
3-4fresh basil leaves
2 tablespoonshoney

Heat the water in a saucepan over medium heat.

Crush the ginger, then add it to the water along with the cloves and basil leaves.

Boil until the water reduces to about 2 cups.

Strain into cups. Stir in the honey. Your tea is ready.
