My day start with this green tea since 2 years. Green tea is beneficial for our health. It improves brain function and cardiac function. It contains antioxidant which helps to reduce some cancer. Combination of green tea with ginger, lemon and honey helps to boost your immune system especially in sore throat and common flu. All ingredients have their natural medicinal properties.

In a vessel take green tea patti, grated ginger and turmeric powder. Add water and bring to boil.

Boil for 7-8 minutes on low flame. Switch off the flame strain with strainer and cool down at room temperature till turns warm.

Then add lemon juice and honey and mix well.

Pour into cup or glass and have a immunity booster ginger lemon honey green tea.
