Ingredients

  1. 1 and 1/4 cup water (300-350 ml)
  2. 1 teaspoongreen tea leaves
  3. 1 teaspoongrated ginger
  4. 1/4 teaspoonturmeric powder
  5. 1 tablespoonlemon juice
  6. 2 teaspoonshoney

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    In a vessel take green tea patti, grated ginger and turmeric powder. Add water and bring to boil.

    Boil for 7-8 minutes on low flame. Switch off the flame strain with strainer and cool down at room temperature till turns warm.

    Then add lemon juice and honey and mix well.

    Pour into cup or glass and have a immunity booster ginger lemon honey green tea.

Everything is good except boiling green for 8 minutes!!!. Dude boiling green will damage entire nutrients profile . So just boil and then put green tea leaves in the pot .
