Steps

Grind onion, capsicum, cilantro, garlic and chilli in a food processor and squeeze out all the water and juices from it.

Grind ground chicken with salt, chilli flakes, Kashmiri Mirch, pepper and lemon juice in the same food processor and then take it out in a bowl.

Add in the ground onion, capsicum, garlic, chilli and cilantro mixture to the ground chicken. Let it marinate for 1 hour.

Take the marinated chicken and make Kababs using flat skewers.

Place the Kababs on preheated tawa or grill and cook till each side is golden and chicken is cooked from inside. Ready!
