Ingredients

10 minutes
4 servings
  • 4 cupsmilk
  • 1 inchraw turmeric
  • 1 pinchblack pepper powder
  • few cubes of mishri (khand or rock sugar)- optional

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil milk.Grate raw turmeric.
    Once milk is boiled, simmer it and and add grated turmeric to it.

    Once again boil it nicely. Add a pinch of black pepper powder. Add mishri to it. (Optional)Once it starts boiling,switch off the flame.

  3. 3

    Can have hot or lukewarm.
