Cooking Instructions

First of all, take a bowl and put all dry ingredients then add little water in it and whisk it.

Add water more n make a smooth better n whisk it for 5 mins. After that cover it and rest for 15 mins.

On another side, take a pan add ghee for tadka and then add mustard seeds, green chilli n curry leaves..after cracking add water in it. When it boils add sugar n lemon juice and mix it properly n boil it for 3-4 mins. Tadka is ready.

After15 mins, take dhokla better n whisk it for 1 min and add eno add little water on it becomes fluffy and light and whisk it 1 min.

Take micro safe idli stand and grease it and pour if better in stand and microwave it 6 mins

After 6 mins it's ready after some cooldown, add tadka on it and garnish with coriander leaves.

Ready to serve with green and tomato sauce
