Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsChana daal
  2. 1 cupRice unpolished
  3. To tasteSalt
  4. 1 spoonGinger garlic chilli paste
  5. Fortempering:
  6. As requiredOil
  7. As requiredChopped coriander leaves
  8. Few choppedGreen chillies
  9. 1/2 tspRed chillli powder
  10. 1/2 tsp eachCumin,til and mustard seeds
  11. pinchTurmeric

Cooking Instructions

    Take Dal and rice and soak for 5 to 6 hours.Then crush into mixure and make batter rest for 8 to10 hours for ferment,then in batter add salt turmeric ginger garlic chilli paste mix properly and at last add eno mix and put for steam for 10 to12 minute then let it cool temper with rai, jeera,til chilli curry leaves and serve with garlic red chutney and green chutney.
