  • 3mango
  • 250 gmmustard oil
  • 10garlic pieces
  • 200 gmAchaar masala
  • 3 tablespoonJaggery powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Put oil in pan make it hot till smoky..when it become warm put garlic pieces

    Cut the mango in small pieces. And put it aside for little dry.

    When oil is completely cool down. Put mango and masala and jaggery powder together mix it properly.

    Now leave that for 5 min.again mix and put in jar.
