Steps

Peel keri and place in smpot with water to boil.

Let it cook until the keri gets soft and water reduced to half.

Cool this,and then mash the keri, separating the seed. Place in blender with the remaining water in pot.

Add sugar,kala namak and blend well. Adjust Sugar and store this in a bottle.

When preparing Sharbat,add 2 tbsp of this mixture and 3/4 glass of water and mix well. Serve chilled.
