  2. 1 tbspchia seeds
  3. 1jug chilled water
  4. Ice cubes (optional)

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Soak chia seeds in 2 tbsp water for about 5 minutes

    Now in a jug add water and now add rooh afza and mix it

    Add soaked chia seeds in it and mix it well. Serve chilled.
