1/2 cupdesi ghee

Take a wok add ghee and add besan to it

Until it changes color or becomes aromatic then turn off the flame

Now keep it aside for 15 mins
Then add nuts and sugar stir it properly

Now make rolls out of the mixture. Shape then properly with palm and fingers

Now add melon seeds to it
