Ingredients

15-20 min
2-3 persons
  • 2 1/2 cupMilk
  • 1/2 cupVermicelli (siwaiyan)
  • 2 tbsp Sagodaana soaked in water
  • 1/2 tspCardamom crushed
  • fewRaisin (kishmish)
  • Chopped nuts for garnish
  • Stevia or canderell powder for sweetness to taste

Steps

15-20 min
  1. 1

    In a pan boiled milk and than add soaked sagodana and vermicelli and cook for few min.

  2. 2

    When it comes thick add raisins and and mix well and close the burner and dish out. (Do not make it too thick)

  3. 3

    When it comes cool add sweetener and mix well and garnish with chopped Almonds and pistachio and keep it in fridge.

  4. 4

    Serve when it cool 👌🏻😋
