Shreekhand is Very popular dessert made from hung curd. It is one of the most popular dessert of Maharashtra. Here I am using chocolate for shreekhand.Chocolates are liked by everyone.This dessert is simple to prepare.

1 bowlhung curd
2 tbspmelted chocolate
3-4 spoonpowder sugar
1/2 tspCardamom powder
1/2 tspchocolate essence
3-4 spoonmilk (if needed)
1 tbspchoco chips

Before making shreekhand place curd in a muslin cloth tie a knot or hang it overnight.Remember, curd is not too sour.If you do not make Shrikhand on the same day, then put the Hung Curd in the refrigerator.

Now take any big bowl.Add yogurt and lightly mash with the help of spoon or spatula.If it is too thick then add 2-3tbsp of milk.

Put all ingredients in yogurt and mix it well.Garnish it with chocochips.serve it chilled.
