Steps

Take sieve and put this sieve on the other vessel so all the water collect in the vessel. Put the cloth on the sieve and add curd.

Fold the cloth tightly, and put some heavy object on that, put this in refrigerator for 2 hr. Add the saffron in hot milk.

After that sieve the curd with the help of cloth, after that add powdered sugar, food color and prepared saffron milk, mix it well put the shrikhand in refrigerator again for 2 hr.

Serve it chilled, garnish it chopped almonds and cashews.
