Pithale is a traditional maharashtrian sabji made of besan. Added methi to increase its nutritional value. Pithale & jowar bhakri is a great & tasty combination.
Steps

Make tempering, heat oil. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, green chili, garlic, asaefoetida, curry leaves. Saute for 1 minute.

Add onion.

Till our onion cooked, make besan paste. Take beaan, salt in a mixing bowl. Add water 1/2 glass. Make paste. Remove all lumps.

When onion become pinkish brown, add fenugreek or methi leaves. Saute for 2 minutes.

Add turmeric powder & red chili powder. Saute for another minute.

Add remaining 1and 1/2 glass of water. Let it be boiled.

When water starts boiling. Add our besan paste. Stir continuously, avoid lumps. It starts bubbling. After 3 to 5 minutes cover lid & cook for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Make sure besan should be completely cooked.

Serve with jowar bhakri, onion, green chili, peanuts & raw fenugreek leaves. This is a complete meal.
