In a bowl add a muslin cloth and add 3 cups of yogurt for overnight to make hung curd. This will come to 1.5 cups. Set aside

Stir and add sugar and stir again and set aside for 15 mins

Add cardamom powder, nutmeg powder, chironji, dry rose petals, Gulkand, chopped almonds and pistachios and mix well.

Strain to another bowl to discard any lumps if any.

Add Rose syrup and mix very well

Pour the mix into a piping bag and add to a serving glass, tap to clear air.

Garnish with dry rose petals and enjoy !
