Ingredients

4-5 servings

1 bowlchicken boiled and shredded
2boiled potatoes mashed
To taste salt
1 tspblack pepper
1 tspsoy sauce
3 tbspRice ka atta
1/2 tspvinegar
2 tspfresh coriander
Bread crumbs for coating
1Egg for coating
Oil for frying

Mix all the ingredients in bowl except bread crumbs,oil and egg.

Shape this in cutlets. Dip in egg. Then in crumbs.

Rest it for 15 mins in fridge.

Now fry it in oil. Serve hot.
