"The King of Fruits". So lets prepare something special which would be loved by everyone in your family.
Steps

Firstly boil the milk. Boil it until it reduces to some extent. Then add soaked kesar strands in 2 tbsp of milk. Mix everything well.

Now boil it until it reduces to half of its quantity. Then add sugar, cardamom powder, dry-roasted chopped pistachios and dried tose petals and mango essence to it. Mix everything well and boil it for another 2 mins.

Now switch off the flame. Let it cool down completely then add 2 tbsp of mango puree in it. Mix everything well by whisking it.

Now take small paper cups. Put some chopped pistachios, kesar and rose petals, then pour the mixture into each cups.

Cover the cups with aluminum foil. Make a cut with a knife, in the between, as shown in the image below. Now insert a stick in each cups as shown.

Now keep them in a freezer for overnight or until it sets completely. Now remove them and demould them by cutting the paper cups with the help of a scissor. Enjoy your mango malai kulfis this summer.
