8-10black peppers
4-5cloves
5-6tulsi leaves
1small cinnamon stick
1small green cardamom
1 glasscow ya low fat milk
1small piece ginger

Boil milk in the pan for 2 mins. Now crush the species with the help of mortar & pestle. Now add the mixture in milk.

After adding mixture add sugar & boil milk 5 minute more.

Immunity boosting golden milk is ready.
