First, heat a skillet. Then melt butter and lightly roast the bread rounds on one side. Arrange in a plate.

Then mix all the fruits and lemon juice (to prevent browning) in a bowl. In another bowl, mix honey, milk powder and pour on the fruits and combine well.
(You can use malai and honey if you like)
Tip : you can use your choice of fruits. - 3
Then apply cheese spread on the bread slices from the non roasted side. Place a spoonful of fruit salad on top.

Place another slice on top. Secure with a cherry topped toothpick. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and enjoy!
