Take tawa,put oil and heat it up then add garlic and cook for few seconds.

Now add onion and cook until colour change. (pinkish)

Then add chicken mince and cook on medium high for 2 minutes.

Then add green chillies and ginger paste and dry spices and cook for few seconds.

Now add white vinegar and mix.

Add plain flour (maida) and dry milk and cook for few seconds then add milk and mix until combined.

Add fresh or dry mint and mix then transfer into a bowl.

For dough!
Take a pan, add water, salt, Carom seeds and cook on medium high heat until becomes boiling. - 9
Then add semolina and cook on medium heat until becomes a dough from. Transfer into a bowl and cool slightly for about 4,5 minutes.

Take small batch of dough and make a bowl shape, fill with mince.

And make kachori, showing as in picture.

Fry on medium heat until becomes nice golden brown.
