Green mango is high in Vit-C. It also has calcium, magnesium , useful for releasing toxin from body.Raw mango also increase platelet count in blood. Overall it's a good immunity booster fruit.

I have made green chutney with minimal ingredients with green and raw mango , green coriander and mint leave. As the raw mango is tangy, sugar is added to balance the tastes. The taste of chutney is best and can be used to make flavoured sandwich. All the three ingredients have many benefits of our health.

Ingredients

30 minutes
5-6 servings
  1. 1green raw mango
  2. 1 cupmint leaves
  3. 1+ 1/2 cup coriander leaves with soft stems
  4. 1medium onion chopped
  5. 1 tspminced garlic
  6. 2green chillies
  7. 1 tspsalt
  8. 1 tspsugar
  9. 1/2 cupwater

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash and remove the skin of raw mango. Chop into chunks.

    Take the mango chunks and rest ingredients on a mixer jar.

    Make the smooth chutney. Store in the refrigerator.
