Steps

Boil Rajmah in a pressure cooker, till 4 to 5 whistles.

Wash & soak rice in water for15 to 20 mins.

When Rajmah gets boiled open the lid add rice, cumin seeds, red chili, turmeric powder, cloves, cinnamon stick, salt & ghee.

Check the quantity of water as per requirement. Then cover with a lid and cook the khichdi till water dissolve.

Then transfer to a serving plate pour some ghee serve with salad and enjoy hot Rajma ki khichdi 😋😋
