Grilled Kofta on Charcoal

In a large bowl, combine the spices, salt, and mixed spices. Squeeze the grated onion to remove excess liquid, then add it to the bowl along with the beef fat. Mix everything together thoroughly.

Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes.

Wet your hands with onion juice, then shape the meat mixture onto skewers.
