Heat oil in kadhai,add methi seeds then add chopped onion and green chili and sauté for two minutes or until light golden onions.

Add turai slices, haldi powder, salt and black pepper powder and mix it and cook for medium flame heat for 4 to 5 minutes.

Then cover the lid and cook for 5 another minutes or until well cooked and soft turai. Then turn off the flame. Healthy and nutritious Turai Ki Sabji is ready. Serve with hot ghee roti or paratha.
