Assemble the same ingredients

In a nonstick pan, fry the onions until caramelised. Add salt and black pepper to taste

Add the potatoes and shredded carrots and fry for a few minutes. Add garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste.

Mix the sausage filling with the rice and the remaining dry spices (white pepper and thyme and rosemary). Add soy sauce, Worcestershire and sweet chilli. Mix well

After the onion mixture has cooked. Remove it and add it into the meat mixture.

Clean the capsicums and chop off the top part and decore.

Wash the tomatoes and either use a food processor to get fresh tomato puree. Alternatively tomato in a can will do.

Stuff the meat filling into the peppers.

In the non-stick pan sear each individual pepper and Place in an oiled baking pan.

Bake in an oven for close to two hours at 190 degrees. Turn the capsicums face side up and let the top brown.

Serve hot
