Cheesecake Bites

I altered another recipe of mine "Cheesecake in a Silicon Steamer".
There's no heavy cream, so its lighter and cheaper to make.
Adjust the baking time according to the size of the molds and the amount of batter.
You can enjoy them chilled or at room temperature. Recipe by Hokkori-no

Steps
- 1
Cut the cream cheese and put into a heat resistant container along with the butter. Microwave at 600 W for about 40 seconds to soften.
- 2
Mix with a whisk until it reaches a creamy consistency.
- 3
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- 4
Grease a heatproof mold such as mini gateau molds or small cupcake molds. Using a spoon, pour the batter into the molds.
- 5
The cheesecakes with rise in the oven, so leave about 2 mm of space at the top of the mold.
- 6
Hold the mold with both hands and drop onto the work top a few times to remove any air bubbles and to flatten the surface.
- 7
When the oven has finished preheating, pop the molds in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes while watching over them.
