Wasabi Mayo Chicken Breast ★ With a Mountain of Fresh Veggies

I topped this with lots of"Chicken Breast Meat Wasabi Mayo Dressing" that I entered into a bagged salad company's contest. ♪ Although I accidentally added olive oil to marinate the chicken breast instead of sake... It unexpectedly turned out even softer, so I uploaded the recipe like that (lol).

Using bagged salad removes the need to cut veggies, and is completely drained, so it won't get soggy during the middle of a meal. (*^^*) You won't need dressing if topped with lots of wasabi mayo! Recipe by Mine neko

  1. 1 packagesYour favorite bagged salad (I used coleslaw)
  2. 1 largecut Chicken breast
  3. 1rounded tablespoon Olive oil (for marinating)
  4. 1Salt and pepper
  5. 1heaping tablespoon Katakuriko
  6. 1rounded tablespoon Olive oil (for stir frying)
  7. 3 tbsp★Mayonnaise
  8. 3 tbsp★Dashi soy sauce
  9. 6cm ★Wasabi

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate the chicken breast meat cut into large bite-sized chunks with 1 rounded tablespoon olive oil and salt and pepper.

    Coat in 1 rounded tablespoon katakuriko, and fry until golden brown in a frying pan coated with olive oil.

    Add the chicken to the mixed ★ seasoning ingredients, and lightly mix.
