Steps

Sift flour, sugar and baking powder

Add butter and shortning to the mix , use pastry cutter to combine

In seperate bowl wisk marmalade, OJ and vanilla

Work in marmalade mixture in to dry mixture

Add beaten eggs to mixture
- 6
Place mixture in to the muffin pan

For the topping, in seperate bowl mix sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg

Add salt

Add melted butter to topping mix and top muffins in the pan with heaping teaspoon of topping

Bake for 20 minutes at 345°F.
