Hi. Sorry to bother you but as I can see you live in Croatia so I’m wondering if you can help me. I’m trying to make bread rolls I ate in Hvar last year and the chef said are made from maize (cornmeal/ grits I think) that contain sunflower seeds. Do you know of these in Zagreb? I’ve tried looking online but can’t find a recipe for them. Btw wonderful country, loved it so much, going back again this year 😊.
