Firstly rinse moong dal and rice thoroughly..soak it in enough water overnight

Take a blender add in drained moong dal and rice mixture,salt, green chillies, cumin seeds, ginger chopped and turmeric, grind to a smooth paste

Heat up dosa pan on medium heat spread a ladle of batter in a circle as you do for dosa,I have spread it little thin as I like crispy version,drizzle some ghee over it,cook both sides and your healthy pesarattu is ready...can be served with any choice of your chutney/sambhar...
