Mix all ingredients and add oil and mix properly

Add water little by little and make a tight dough. Set aside for 20min.

After 20 min. Make small balls from dough. Press and make round shape. Should be little thick. With fork prick on both sides.

Take oil in kadai and let it hot. Add all mathris in batches. Keep the flame low to medium. It takes 7 to 8 min to get brown color. Once it is brown flip n fry on otherside. For every batch approx it takes 8min. Then only it will be crunchy. Once done let them cool completely and store in air tight container.
