I felt that steamed bread alone wouldn't be enough for breakfast, so I added grated carrot and cheese and it was really delicious.

In Step 7 the dough will expand when steamed, so if it's wrapped too tightly, it'll cause the batter to deflate. Be sure to wrap it loosely.

Steps

Prepare your ingredients!! Peel and grate the carrot.

Cut the cheese into 1 cm cubes.

Spread the grated carrot in a heat-resistant contained and microwave without wrapping for 3.5 minutes to get rid of the moisture.

Beat the egg in a bowl, add the ● ingredients and mix well.

Once mixed, add the pancake mix and carrot and mix (once it's basically mixed together, use a rubber spatula).

Then add the cheese and use the rubber spatula to continue mixing.

Fill the cups 80% full and place 4 in a heat-resistant container with plenty of space in between. Lightly wrap and microwave for about 2 minutes.
