Egg-less Chewy Crepes in the Microwave

cookpad.japan

I wanted to eat chewy crepes that doesn't use egg or butter. I tried out various methods, and finally created this recipe.

In Step 2, I used a 500 W microwave. As long as it's no longer liquid, it's fine!
In Step 3, use a fork to lift it up a little, then trickle a little water between the crepe and plate and it'll be easier to peel.
Once you've finished peeling it off, pat dry the crepe with a paper towel. Recipe by Rio
