Quick Microwaved "Simmered" Apples

I started searching for a recipe that does not need much sugar, was easy enough that it can be used daily, and also uses some seasonal fruits. This became our family's staple snack.
-The cooking time varies. Adjust the cooking time with the amount of the apples and/or according to the manufacturer of the microwave.
-By chilling the apples, the taste will be crisper and sweeter.
-Add some lemon juice or sprinkle on some cinnamon if desired. Recipe by Soraten mama

Steps
- 1
Cut the apple into 5 mm wedges.
- 2
Place the apple and raisins in a microwave safe container and microwave at 600 W for 1-1.5 minutes.
- 3
Cook until the apple is soft, moist and translucent. Continue cooking in residual heat until transparent. If it is not quite transparent, mix it and microwave it again.
- 4
When the apple cools down, chill in a refrigerator until cold. Room temperature is OK in winter.
- 5
It gets sweeter by chilling it. Drain the liquid and use it in sweets or bread. Add some sugar If you prefer to eat it while it is still warm.
- 6
This is our family's favorite sandwich. Everyone seems to get excited when I serve it.
- 7
You can also sandwich these simmered apples in butter rolls.
