Make a paste of all spices with curd.

1/2 onion should be sliced and keep apart.

Marinate the chicken with the paste for 1 hour.

Take a Kadai, heat it. Add ghee and add Fenugreek seeds in a hot pan. When the smell comes out, remove the seeds.

Add oil in ghee, let it heat. Now add whole garam masala until smells good.

Now fry them until turns pink.

Now put the marinated chicken in the Kadai, cook for 30-45mins in simmer mode with a lid there. Please, mix well with a spatula.

After getting cooked for 20 mins add half cream, then add half Kasuri methi.

Again cook for 20 mins and after cooking gives rest Kasuri Methi, garam masala and rest cream. Keep the lid over the Kadai.

Serve hot with roti, paratha,maybe rice
