Wash and peel kerri and put in a pan to cook with water until soft close flame and take them out but don't throw water.

When it's cool squeeze each kerri and discard seeds, put this pulp back into the water and cook, add sugar.

When cooked just for few mins till sugar dissolves, add salt and mix, cool the panna and fill in clean sterilze bottles. When serving take cold water add this pulpy juice and mix mix some roasted zeera if you like, we can also add zeera in cooking stage, but I keep it separate as every one don't like it
