Sprout the moth
Soak moth overnight and next morning drain the water and tie the moth in a dry piece of cloth tightly and keep in a warm place. Next day your sprout moth is ready - 2
Heat a pan add oil,add bay leaf onion and saute it for sometime. When onions are golden brown add tomatoes,cook it till they are soft and oil seprates from the side.

Add salt, all masalas and 2 to 3 cup of water and let it boil. When water starts boiling add sprout moth and mix it properly.

After cookin for 10 min and all masalas are mixed properly,off the gas and garnish with fresh coriander.

Take moth mixture in a bowl,add onion on top,add farsan on top and garnish with fresh coriander and serve pav.Enjoy your misal pav.
