Cut, wash n chop spinach finely.

Put a wok on flame n add 2 cups of water

Wash split green gram (moong chilka dal)

When water starts boiling Add turmeric powder,salt

Now add split green gram to it

Now we will add finely chopped spinach leaves

Cut tomatoes into half n put it into d wok as shown n cover it with a lid

Let it simmer n boil till the split green gram n sinach blends well.

Now we will take out all these tomatoes n peel off d skin n mash them well.mix this tomato pulp back to the dal curry

Mash every thing till everything s blended well

Next we will prepare our seasoning.keep.a all.pan on flame.add 2 tsps pure ghee.

Add cummin seeds,asefoitida,and red chilli powder.When it starts spluttering add it to the vegetable

Our delicious spinach split gram vegetable is ready.Have it with chapati or rice.
