Moong Dal Vadi

Wash and soak moong dal for 2 hours.Drain and grind to a smooth paste.

Do not make thin batter.Try to grind wirhout water and if needed add very little water while grinding.

Add all spices,mix well.Beat the batter 5 minutes with hand to make it fluffy.

Make smalk badis on a plastic /silicon sheet.Put in sunlight for 4-6hours.

After 6 hours,flip the badis upside down.Cover with a net or a thin cotton cloth at night.

Next day,put the badis again in sunlight for 4-5hours.

The badis are completely dried,store in an air tight container.It could be stored upto 6-8 months.Enjoy.
