1.Crush all the vegetables and mix them together.Add ajinomoto,salt to taste,black pepper,all-purpose flour/maida;besan(2tbsp) & ararot(2tbsp). - 2
Mix it together and from small balls..and do deep fry

Heat 2 tsp oil in pan.add garlic cloves..and add chopped onion cook them 1 mint and add salt..black pepper.ajinomoto.sauce soya sauce and add half gilass of water cook them 3 to 4 mint

Take 1 tsp aararot and mix into 1 cup of water add into the pan..and cook into the 2 mint

Add mancurian balls and mix them cook in low flame 2 to 4 mint and surve it with love
