Ingredients

15 min
4-5 servings
  • 1 cupgram flour
  • 1 cupcurd
  • 1.5 cupwater
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 1 pinchTurmeric
  • 1 pinchhing
  • 1/2lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoonsugar
  • 2 tablespoonCooking oil
  • 1 teaspoonmustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoontil
  • 1/2 cupCarrot grated
  • 1/2 cupcoconut grated
  • 4-5 stickcoriander leaves (finely chopped)

Steps

  1. 1

    Take gram flour water and curd
    Mix them properly
    Take precautions while mixing
    No lumps should be formed

  2. 2

    Add lemon salt & sugar

  3. 3

    Take pan and add the mixture
    And stir it continuously for 3-4
    Min in high flame

  4. 4

    Now you will see the batter will get thick off the gas

  5. 5

    Now grease the kitchen top with oil
    Than spread the mix nicely and equally plain and make thin layer

  6. 6

    Than make lines by knife and than roll it

  7. 7

    After that take a small frying pan
    Add oil mustard seed and til
    Tadka is ready for khandvi
    Spread All over in Khandvi and then add grated coconut & carrot
    In last add Finely chopped coriander leaves
