Ingredients

20 minutes
5-7 persons
  1. 300 gramPotato (peeled and boiled)
  2. 200 gmChicken (boiled and shredded)
  3. 1 tspBlack pepper
  4. 1/2 tspWhite pepper
  5. Salt as per taste
  6. 2 tspLemon juice (optional)
  7. Oil for frying
  8. Coating
  9. 2 tbspFlour
  10. 1Egg (beaten)
  11. 1 cupBread crumbs

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Mash the potatoes well and add shredded chicken.

  2. 2

    Add in all spices and lemon juice. Mix everything.

  3. 3

    Take a spoonful of mixture and shape it of your choice.

  4. 4

    Coat with flour,then egg and lastly with bread crumbs.

  5. 5

    Fry at medium flame until golden brown.

  6. 6

    Serve and enjoy
