Potato Croquettes Potato Croquettes
I've been making these croquettes for about 15 years and is my children's favorite dish of mine. The key is condensed milk and raw onion.I used to add sugar to the filling, but I realized that condensed milk results in a creamier finish. The raw onion will cook through when the croquettes are deep-fried, and will add flavor.I've based these tips off cookbooks. Kabocha Squash and Potato Salad Croquettes Kabocha Squash and Potato Salad Croquettes
I got a hint from a recipe by user Kalchofii. Mixing kabocha and potato together is delicious and has a mild sweetness, so I thought it must make delicious croquettes. My husband who usually doesn't like potato or kabocha loved these. It is a little bit of work, but it tastes better if you cook the kabocha squash and potatoes after boiling them to extract the water. You will taste more of the kabocha with 2 eggs, but it'll take an eggy flavor with 3. I seasoned it with consomme bouillon like my other kabocha squash salad recipes. These fries are one of my family's favorites! Please check out my Fried Okraas well!I also recommend giving this batter recipe,, a try. If you coat vegetables that have already been dipped in panko in this batter, they'll fry even more beautifully!I recommend using Irish Cobbler potatoes (it is a type of yellow potato) for this recipe. Nutmeg is optional: these croquettes will be delicious regardless. For Step 7, please combine the ○ ingredients to make a sauce. Recipe by Yuuyuu0221 cookpad.japan -

Taste of Autumn: Sweet Potato Cream Croquettes Taste of Autumn: Sweet Potato Cream Croquettes
I wanted to make sweet potato croquettes that go well with rice but aren't too sweet, so I made them into cream croquettes. The batter is soft because these are cream croquettes. That's why it needs to be chilled in the refrigerator before they're shaped. To prevent them from bursting, make sure to deep-fry them in hot oil over medium to high and don't touch it until it's hard and golden brown. Shrimp and Broccoli Tartare Style Croquettes Shrimp and Broccoli Tartare Style Croquettes
This year Valentines Day falls on a weekday, and my boyfriend hates chocolates, and I was at a loss for what to do... So I figured, why not make croquettes?! lol. It took a lot of effort to make fried food on a weekday, but I gave it my all! My boyfriend was happy with the end result These croquettes were made with spring in mind. I was actually going to make them with broccolini, but they were sold out that day, so I used broccoli instead...You can use both the stems and florets of the broccoli. Using 50 g each of the stems and florets of the broccoli will improve the color and texture of the croquettes. Recipe by ochikeron cookpad.japan -
