Take the karela and peel out its skin. separate the peel and karela

Take 4 5 tsp of salt and cover both peel and karela rub them and leave for 2 3 hrs.

If karela is raw it's good if it's not deseed them and separate its seed.

Soak and wash these karela to remove bitterness

Squeeze extra water of both otherwise it will not taste good. Leave them until they are dry

For stuffing. Grind the seed for less then 2 sec in blender.

Take oil. In a pan add peel of karela and grind seed of karela. Saute them for 5 min

Add grated onion and raw mango fry them until all water evaporate.

Add All. Spice saute for 3 4 min

Fill this filling in dry karela and fry them in low flame. Enjoy this grany special karela in each meal. You can store them in an airtight container for a week
