  • 400 gspaghetti
  • Onion
  • 3Tomatoes
  • 1green pepper
  • Dhania or coriander
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Oil

  1. 1

    Fry the onions till golden brown.

    Add tomatoes green pepper and dhania.

    Add a tomato paste and salt, leave to cook.

    Add water. Bring to boil.

    Add spaghetti,(cut) cook for 10 mins while occasionally stirring until tender and dry.

    Serve.
