Ingredients

  • 2 kgwheat flour
  • Salt to taste
  • 650 gmsCooking oil
  • 1.1 litreswater

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl mix flour and salt to your preferred taste.

  2. 2

    Add water and mix to make a soft dough.
    Add a little oil and continue working on it until nothing is sticking to your hand

    Let it rest in a cool place for one hour while covered

  4. 4

    Cut the dough into small balls

    Roll each ball to some chapati shape and apply some oil. Then fold it back to a ball again repeat this process to all balls

    Heat your pan
    Roll one ball at a time, to a perfect chapati shape. Place on a pan, dry one side at a time for at least 30 seconds.
    Apply oil on both sides and fly until brown

    Serve to your preference
