180 gCabbage
40 gSpring onions
60 gMushrooms
1 tablespoonsoy sauce

Mix flour with water and soy to make a batter - add salt and pepper

Slice up cabbage, mushrooms and spring onions and add to the batter.

Add ingredients to two hot pans.

Serve topped with brown sauce and vegan mayo
