Take chicken pieces,wash them well.

Prepare for marination.
Add salt as per taste, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder,cumin powder, chicken masala and mix well. Chicken must be nicely coated. - 3
Next break an egg. Add ginger garlic paste and again mix to coat the chicken pieces.

Now Keep the marinated chicken in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. Marinade must be nicely absorbed.

After half an hour. Heat oil for frying. Put in chicken pieces for deep frying at medium to high heat flame.

As one side gets fried, change sides and nicely fry the chicken so that it gets nicely cooked and becomes crispy.

As it's done drain extra oil and take it out...
