Very healthy and tasty form of chillas. My kids loved it absolutely.

After the dal is soaked for hours grind it into a smooth paste. Add salt and 1 tablespoon rice four to make the chillas crispy. Keep.it aside till we make bhurji ready.

In a small pan heat oil add cumin seeds, ginger garlic chilli paste and onions. Let it saite for 2 minutes. Add tomatoes and let it get little smushy and not over cooked.

Add the capsicum and all the masalas. Mix it well. Now add the paneer in crumbled form and salt and mix well. Let it cook till it leaves oil.

Note: you can add or less spices as per your taste. Generally chopped green chillies taste very good in the bhurji. I avoid due to small kids.
