Ingredients

  1. 1 cupmongi ki daal
  2. 1 tspsalt
  3. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  4. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  5. 5,6 clovesgarlic
  6. 1 inch ginger piece
  7. 1 medium onion slice
  8. 2 tsp butter
  9. 3 tbsp oil
  10. 5 red button chilli
  11. 5,6 curry pata
  12. 2 tsp cream

Cooking Instructions

    Wash n soak the daal for 20 minutes.

    Cut the onions, make the paste of ginger garlic.

  3. 3

    Heat the pan add butter n oil sauté the onions n ginger garlic paste.

  4. 4

    Pour the daal, curry pata n spices mix it well after that add 2 cups of water n cook it completely.

    When it cooks completely pour in bowl garnish with cream n curry pata.

    A yummy mong daal (kichari) desi style is ready to serve.
